AUTOMATIC POWER PACKS
Plarad Powerpacks are designed keeping in
mind only the torque wrench. However
can be used for other applications.
30% faster than normal Hydraulic
Powerpacks in all categories.
Electric motor is oil immersed. The fan of the
motor cools the motor as well as oil inside.
However, in case of other makes the motor
is on top which does not cool the oil and
hence extra oil cooler/heat exchanger is
required.
Protection by tubular open frame. One can
easily hang the Powerpack on a crane
any direction. The oil will never leak. Most
other Powerpacks are covered from all sides. This cover prevents effective heat
transfer required for cooling.
Overload, over voltage , under voltage and
over temperature protections are provided
in the Powerpack.
The pendant switch also has the emergency
off button.
The number of working hours can beregistered from electronic work meter. This
helps to maintain service or maintenance schedules better.
Powerpack can sense the right torque wrench. If someone changes the torque
wrench or changes the setting of pressure relief valve, the Powerpack will senseand give the indication by blinking of lights.
One can get the electronic display of each bolt/nut torque, record the reading and
print the data. This helps to maintain the bolting records.
One Powerpack can run 2,3 or 4 torque wrenches at a time.
